Just have to vent on how unhappy I am with Acer Tech support. First of all, they do not speak English and are very difficult to understand and communicate with. I purchased two laptops a few years ago and have had problems with them throughout the years. I recently updated to Windows 10 and that has caused so many problems with this laptop. I called the Acer tech support today…one number I found online and the other that came with my package from HSN. They both told me that I have to "pay a fee" to have someone tell me how to upgrade my drivers. I refuse to pay a fee so now I cannot use this laptop to print. I will NEVER purchase another Acer product ever again.
I tried to send it by putting your name in the send to box and it deleted it. Don’t know what else to do.
