You stole my money! I demand a refund!
You denied my flex pay for a Nintendo switch bundle but still charged me $133 dollars! You’re just stealing peoples money for nothing in return! I’m calling the bank and reporting you to the BBB, this is unethical.
I really am sorry for the inconvenience and frustration the cancellation of your order has caused @dux42. I see that our system has sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when those funds become available is dependent on their release of funds policy.
