Orders ******** and *******. Still in ‘packaging’. You took my money immediately and my products are still sitting in packaging. I will not wait weeks again for you to fix your warehouse shipping problems. Please ensure that these orders are shipped today. If you can’t do that then please cancel. I am not waiting for weeks.

, I’m very sorry your orders haven’t shipped at this time. I see the expected delivery date is 12/13. Sadly, I’m not able to request the cancellation of these orders until this date has passed.
