Yet another problem…
Okay, so I ordered a pair of the Minnetonka Alpine Suede Sheepskin Slippers (item 502-366) in RED for Mom for Christmas. They just arrived, and while the box is clearly labeled red, as shown in the photo, the shoes are clearly brown. Come on, HSN. You guys can do so much better than this! Do you know how much I DON’T want to have to go to the post office to return these things? Ugh.
Hate to be a bother – again! – But what do I need to put down as the action code on my return slip to send these brown ones back? You’ve kindly already initiated the exchange for me, so I hesitate to put that down in the worry that I will end up with two pairs, but since it’s an exchange, I hesitate to mark refund…please advise! :womansurprised:
