I ordered the Xbox one last night, to wake up this morning cancelled. I called customer service to ask why, there is no good explanation. The guy told that flex play cancel orders that’s not eligible. Why would you allow me to place that order and charge my credit card?! I could have ordered some place else! My first and last time ordering from this site!
