Wrong item shipped!
So this is a first – I ordered a set of red GINGHAM pillow cases, and I was sent a set of a totally different brand, SOLID RED pillow cases. The invoice in the packaging only came with a return shipping label, THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR! They sent me something that I didn’t order, THEY made the mistake, why am I having to pay to return something that I didn’t even order? Has anyone else experienced receiving something they didn’t order, and how do I get them to send what I actually ordered, and NOT pay for their mistake?
I would like to ask Chef Ming if he would ever consider making some 8 or 10 qt stock pots? Some of us have big families or would like to cook in bulk to freeze for later. I love your products and have most of them but really love your wok. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the pillows are currently sold out so we’ll only be able to issue a refund once we receive them back. Please let me know if you have any questions.
How do. I know how long to cook meat on slow cook ?
Jenmom, I don’t have this cooker but I have steamed vegetables at the same time as cooking rice in Wolfgang’s full size rice cooker which has a steamer basket like this oneand it works well.
I also have a question. I also purchased the multicooker. I’m interested in seeing how oatmeal cooks in this machine. I hope they show that in a presentation too.
