Wrong item received 3 times in a row!
This is the 3rd time I’ve received the wrong product within 1 month! It is ridiculous. I have been given a replacement for the recent order I’ve done, so hopefully 4th time is the charm. I’m writing this so all of you don’t have to go through this.
In the beginning of August I tried to purchase the Concierge Collection 1000TC down comforter in White. I was so excited to receive it, and it turns out I got a comforter from Blue Ridge Home Fashions, which isn’t even sold by HSN. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one, which again was from Blue Ridge Home Fashions. So I got another one (this is my third time) and AGAIN it was from Blue Ridge Home Fashions! I’m just appalled at how many times a company can screw up with sending the wrong package to a customer 3 times so far. This better be the last time (4th time) I have to contact customer service for this issue.
Maybe Blue Ridge Home Fashion actually make the item and sells it on HSN under the Concierge Collection brand. I just looked up the Blue Ridge website and they sell the exact comforter through retailers.
Lol, I think I want it so bad that my patience is a lot better than usual, because I normally have no patience. It’s just insane how a company can mess up 3 times in a row with one customer! I mean, I didn’t even have to pull the comforter out of the bag to read the tag that said made by blue ridge home fashions. I would understand that accidents occur, but not 3 times.
And I haven’t tried that yet, but I will. Thanks!
Hope you get the one you are wanting..You have much more patience than I..Probably the second time I would have just gotten a refund and for sure would have on the third time.Sounds like HSN drop ships some items so they are not in their warehouse.Have you tried searching google and just going to sites that sell the product to see if you can get it from another place.
