Would CS Please Look Into an Order for Me?
Would you please check on the status of my order ID XXXXXXXXXX (umbrella)? On 12/1 the tracking says it wasn’t received at the UPS facility so there might be a delay, and it shows EDD of 12/24. Also, can you tell me if I was charged for this item? I am having trouble connecting with Chat Customer Service so am reaching out via the Community. Thanks in advance for your help!
