Worst Customer Service I have ever experiened re-shipping wrong item twice.

My daughter and I purchased a Proform treadmill from HSN a few weeks ago. They shipped the incorrect one.(according to customer service it was a treadmill they don’t even carry). We requested it be returned and replaced with the correct treadmill. They told us we need to box and crate it back up for shipping. This was not our mistake. The second treadmill shipped a few days later was the incorrect treadmill once again. I told the shipper to take it back. We have place numerous calls to customer service, so called supervisors and were promised many solutions to fix it. I was told if they ship another treadmill she couldn’t guarantee it would be the correct one. (how crazy is that?) I have taken off 4 hours from work to receive the wrong shipment each time. I paid someone $100.00 to repack it. We were told a shipper had called numerous times to try and pick it up . Not true. We finally got the shippers number and he cant pick it up till next week. They tell me I need to take another 4 hours off work so they can pick it up. It is a large very heavy box and crate and on my driveway. They have charged us 2 of the 4 payments owed for a treadmill we did not order or do not have. HSN is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service skills are 0. They respond as if it is our problem that they keep shipping the wrong item. I want my money refunded asap. I will continue shopping at QVC VBG
