This is the most unsanitary chef. I would not touch anything he cooked if it were free. I just watched him, and replayed it a couple of times, run his fingers across his nostrils then proceed to hold the sausage that he was cutting with the same hand! Seconds later, he did it again. Then after eating a piece of the sausage, he wiped the corner of his mouth with the same hand. I saw him do the same thing on cooking shows on the PBS channel and every single time that he has been on HSN. That’s why I do not like him and do not watch his cooking shows. I turn off of HSN whenever he is on. I watch long enough today to see if he would do what he always does, wipe his nose with his hands and proceed to touch the food. I have seen him put his finger in his nose then touch food.
Then, the chicken that he took out of his air fryer was red in the middle and dripping blood while he cut it talking about how juicy it was. It was red! Wasn’t cooked through. The juice is not supposed to look like blood if the chicken is done.

Most of all, he is just plain nasty. Watch the tape. Makes me want to throw up. I would not eat anything associated with his name. Don’t want his germs. I don’t normally write reviews. But today, I couldn’t stay quiet. That’s how disgusting he is to me.
