Wolfgang Puck Pellet Pizza Oven

Regarding the presentation of today’s special, the Wolfgang’s pellet pizza oven, anyone in Customer Service have an idea what Greg and his helper are using besides a skewer rod to stir the pellets when they lift the lid on the pellet box?? It looks as though they are also using a hand-held blower to blow ashes off the pellet bed in the fire box. Anyone have information on that??
