Wish there was a new policy!
I received a Colleen Lopez moonstone bracelet in the mail yesterday. When I opened the box, it took my breath away…it was really beautiful. On closer inspection, I noticed two marquis amethyst petals were missing. I checked the box to see if the stones were in it because I would have had it repaired. My gripe is that I had to return the bracelet which is sold out. I think if you’re sent a defective (as in missing pieces) item, you should be put at the top of the waiting list. They also should keep some pieces for situations like this. The price has already gone up and there is no waitlist. I am so disappointed that I don’t have this bracelet through no fault of my own. I wish there was a better policy.
