why would you do this?
Over the weekend I was really happy about the free shipping, I ordered several items. Now today many of the items are part of the sale frenzy, 30% off! So all my excitement has turned to sadness! Even with the free shipping the 30% would of saved me more. All my items are just sitting in processing and I cant do anything about it. Of course I cant cancel even though one item I bought last night and I didn’t even get free shipping on it. I remember the same thing happened the last time they had free shipping, the had the sale frenzy right after! Except last time they adjusted prices. This time I asked but was told no, not even in spendable cash which will go right back to them and cause me to order more! It’s like you are purposely trying to upset your customers! And I know you really don’t care but you should because the younger generation is not shopping on HSN like the baby boomers are, and would continue for many years to come, if they are happy with customer service. So many unhappy customers recently and customer service is NOT the same, the are quick to get you off the phone and act like they could care less. Nobody likes to lose money and returning is such a hassle but not even a bit of empathy for your situation is expressed.
jazzy333, I bet most of us here know how that feels and empathize with you! The price fluctuation game does change the way you shop on their website. I sit on my hands now and try to wait for a drop in price. I’ve never asked them for an item price adjustment, but I did on one occasion return something and repurchase it because the difference in cost was significant enough for me to do it.
