Why was my order canceled
I placed 2 orders for the serum. 1 I paid in full and one on flexpay. Why would HSN do that when the host said there was no limit?
@poochers1, it looks like FlexPay wasn’t selected for the additional item when your order was placed on HSN.COM. If you give us a call at 800-284-3900 (8 AM to 1 AM EST), we can gladly get that additional item converted to FlexPay for you.
