Why was I overcharged?
Why was I over charged for item #476-550? I placed my order on 6/17/17 and was charged 12.95 on my bank card but 6.47 when I placed my order online. Could you please correct this? I also would like to ask does the 30 day return policy begin from the time the order is placed or when it is delivered? Thank you!
I really wish they would stop this over billing practice,then holding the funds and dragging days to issue them back.
This is the only place I know that has that practice.HSN would have more sales if they billed like every where else does.So many items I would love to have.Hoping they change this policy before much longer..
So HSN Sarah this sounds like you are talking about debit cards…to see if it clears the bank. If we are using credit cards why this higher price?

Sorry for the confusion with this! Since this item was on our special frenzy promotion, you will be charged the full item price before discounts and then once it settles with your bank it will adjust to the lower price of $6.47. The 30 days is an in-home trial so starts once you receive it. 🙂
