Why the new Website format!
The headings/links at the top are gone. I opened a product to read about it and the picture of the product is bigger than my screen. Too much scrolling to got get the description. I liked it much better when I got everything on one page! I’m logging off!
I looked up online how to change it, as I had the same problem and hated the mobile format. I tried the suggestion and it worked: On the iPad, tap and hold the refresh clockwise arrow next to the URL in the box that shows the URL. When you hold the semi-circular clockwise arrow, a bubble will appear that states “request desktop version.” Tap that and it should reload. It took me a couple of times doing it before it worked, but it did work.H
Hello HSN Customer Service, Are you there??? This is a disaster! Shopping is impossible when you can only view one huge item at a time! It’s distracting and time consuming and not worth the trouble! Are you going to change it back soon!
Silv, thanks I thought I might be the only one! I do have an iPad too! Tonight the text from a previous screen is bleeding on top of the current screen I’m looking at. Also, I can’t log off, can’t locate the logoff option! This is a mess! I was hoping Customer Service would address these problems but no response yet!
YES! I visit on an iPad, and the site is horrible now! I’m not Mr. Magoo, I don’t need everything so distortedly large! And I loathe the interface to see my alerts and favorites, etc. And before it’s said, I don’t prefer using the ‘app’, I like the convenience of browsing from my browser as I do all my other sites. If this is the new and ‘improved’ view i’ll be getting, i’ll begin skipping this site as I find it unappealing.
Oh and awesome job, you can’t get to the next button to advance your favorites list on an iPad!
