Why on Earth do I have to pay $25.00 to return an item?
I recently ordered the RCA tablet for $159+ and had to PAY FOR THE RETURN MYSELF (????) $25.00???? WOW. This doesn’t seem right AT ALL! I have been ordering from HSN for many many years and this has NEVER happened. When I called customer service, I was told that ‘some items have return labels and some don’t’???? What?? I am not sure I will continue ordering from HSN anymore and will probably just stick with QVC, as this is TERRIBLE customer service….. ESPECIALLY when I ordered 2 tablets, by accident, instead of one. When I realized this, I called within 24 hrs to tell them not to send the 2nd tablet , but was told it was too late; however, it still took another week for it to come in, so it makes ZERO sense that I have to pay $25 to return an item that I didn’t even use or open. Very very disappointed.
