Why my order is being delayed? If the product was in stock when I placed the order?

I do not see an envelope on the community page.
It says oops. You are unable to use flex pay to purchase. Either pay the entire amount now or call customer service. But the customer line never rings. It just says your call cannot be taken at this time please try again later.
Hi mae87, what is happening when you try to place your order? Are you getting an error message?
