Why isn’t my profile image updating?
I’ve been trying for several days. I clicked “save profile” and got the message that the image was accepted, but it hasn’t shown up yet.
What is the latest with this series of problems?
I submitted a new image yesterday, but still nothing. :smileysad: In a PM on Saturday, Erica said she was unsuccessful even uploading one of her own images from her computer, and was sending to the tech team for resolution. Have they figured it out yet?
I am having the same issue.
I just uploaded my photo again. If there’s a problem again with “image quality,” please be more specific so I can edit it. Thanks!
