Why is my order still in packaging?
I ordered on January 5, estimated delivery January 15, my item has been in packaging for the past week, and today is Saturday! I’ve chatted twice with CS no one seems to know why, I’ve also asked if I could cancel, was told no, meanwhile, no one knows why it’s taking such a long time to ship! Could I get some information on my order?

@ginosa, we weren’t able to find any reason for delay and looks like it will be delivered by it’s expected delivery date. A confirmation email will be sent when the order ships. If for any reason it doesn’t arrive by Jan.15th, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

@ ginosa: You are wasting your time here. Since HSN was bought out they are making sure it falls to the way side. They don’t even have Mods anymore to delete posts that are very Racist or just plain mean. You’re better off shopping some place else. Hope you can get the help you need but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
