Why Is My Account Blocked?
What is going on? I updated the expiration on my Visa card, and then updated it in my Flex Pay, so what is the problem?
I don’t OWE anything, it just wanted me to update my credit card for my January payment. I did it yesterday. I just tried to buy something, and I am STILL locked out!
I did fix it last night! Where would your message show up?
@Cartheaper, you should be able to fix this by going to your FlexcPay manager. I’ll send you a Private Message with more info.
