WHY DOES MY ACCOUNT HAVE A BLOCK ON IT?
CAN YOU HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED FROM BUYING ANYTHING??
It looks like a few flexpays are due, so no new orders can be placed until those are cleared up. You can pay them on the Flexpay manager(found under ‘Account’ in the upper left corner), or by calling in at 1-800-933-2887 from 8 a.m. – 1 a.m., Eastern Time.
