Why does 3 day shipping always turn into 7-10 shipping with you guys??
I am getting a little frustrated with the long ship times and delays every time I order from you. I find it weird that I can shop on amazon all day long, and it arrives within the 2-3 day promised time. However with you guys it either stays in packaging forever, or like today. My product shipped and the expected arrival date will be 4/17??? Are you kidding me, a total of ten days for me to receive what I ordered? This isn’t even a large item?? This has happened almost every time I have ordered. I am honestly debating on cancelling my HSN credit card, and opening an amazon credit card. Also I am never able to use any of the “so called coupons” you have sent me, or codes on your site! They are always rejected. This comes off very shady to me.
@mlissasa I’m sorry for the inconvenience the shipping has caused you. Our current shipping time frames are 7 to 10 business days of delivery. It is our hopes to get it to your sooner but we have the option of expedited shipping if so desire it.
You of course did not mention why coupons NEVER work???
Even the 5 dollar coupon will not work? I’ve tried my coupons on my thousan dollar tv, Xbox, makeup, and now Amazon fire tv….so please explain to me why such a wide range of coupons will not work on such a ride range of prices and products? And before you respond please be careful because I did Colin each time and they could not help me. They were clueless .
Again not trying to be rude, but they couldn’t answer questions about zero interest financing when paid off in time, or anything about The coupons you sent me. I did not ask for them. I am starting to feel like you guys miss lead a lot of people.
Today I received 4 emails regarding this topic. I did not sign up for emails from the Community. Everyday I receive at least 3 emails from different community topics. The only emails I signed up for are Todays Special, when certain shows will be on and when my order is shipped all of which I canceled yesterday in hopes it would stop these Community emails. I do not like the new community setup, I have had alot of problems with coupons etc. and I don’t think I am alone.
