Why are there ranks?
Why are there ranks? Are there any benefits of having a higher rank?
Ryan how do you move up anyhow? It seems no one even knows. Could you please tell us.
That page other than showing the order of ranks is so vague and shouldn’t mention benefits if there is really only one.
That page said there were benefits and that is why I was asking the questions I had after I had read that page. That page needs to be rewritten as it seems confusing to most people who post about it after reading it too. Are there any benefits other than a picture??? That is the whole purpose of these ranks???
I am STILL trying to get my Anna Griffin scroll frames shipped on may 15th 2015 / auto ship order replaced. I had the same problem with missing 3 square sentiments & die. HSN told me to send the WHOLE BOX BACK and they would send me a replacement set. They guaranteed me they had one to send me & would put it in the mail immediately. I asked if I could send back the three duplicates and they said the only way they could do it is if I sent the whole order back and exchanged it for a different whole order. BIG MISTAKE. IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOU DO NOT SEND HSN THE WHOLE ORDER OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING. When nothing came in the mail, I called and was told that the agent I spoke to made a mistake. When I asked for the box I returned to be sent back to me, they said there’s no way we can track it down. I asked if they could call the HSN store that gets the misfit returns to resell so i can buy back my partial order and they said that wasn’t possible either.
Anna Griffin said Provo will take care of it on her blog after I posted a request for help. Provo said call HSN because we can only replace a couple of sentiments & can’t send you the folders. Called ANNA GRIFFIN again & Joy said this was a huge problem & Provo would replace it. Back to Provo & they said we will send you the whole order & I was thrilled! FINALLY! However, Several days later they said we can only send missing sentiments. Yes, I’ve been back to Anna Griffin & HSN begging for help. All I was missing was three sentiments and now I am missing the entire set.
HSN is still trying to get me one but that doesn’t look promising. Anna Griffin can’t get hold of another set for me but joy has my name in case a miracle happens and a set shows up. Provo said if I miraculously get a set that’s got duplicates in it to call them and they will replace the missing sentiments.
If anyone out there knows of someone who has the may cuttle bug auto shipment Or works in the HSN store where all the messed up AG orders were sent, please contact HSN senior agent Amber or AJ in Florida regarding Deb Ferguson’s AG May 2015 item# 415000 AG CB SCROLL FRAMES WOVAL&REB Auto ship disaster.

Hi hippos 10. On Anna’s Facebook page several customers had issue of this sort. Many got duplicate messages, some got the same sides of message plates and etc. The recommendation was to contact Cricut Customer Services. Several people had already had their issues resolved through Cricut C.S. They said Cricut was great about sending out replacements. I’m sorry I don’t have the number for you but if you go to their website you will be able to find numbers and email addresses. Good Luck and Happy Crafting.
