Why are orders being cancelled?
I’ve had orders cancelled twice in the last week. The first time was during Craft Day and was without any notice. I happened to check my order history later in the day and saw that it was cancelled. By that time, several of the items that I wanted were sold out. I spent over an hour being bounced around from one customer service rep to the other. The “explanations” made no sense and didn’t stand up to scrutiny. I was then told to call yet another customer service number that was only available during regular working hours, requiring me to take time off from work to place the call.
The second time was yesterday. Again, I ordered a craft item to take advantage of flex-pay and reduced shipping. This morning, I received an email that due to “technical problems” the order was cancelled. Unlike the first time, HSN apologized. While I was invited to order it again, neither flex-pay nor reduced shipping are still available. I’m going to think twice before I place another order.
