Where’s my smoker?
I ordered the Curtis stone smoker and it’s has an expected delivery date of 12/19 seeing as it’s still not even showing to be packaging I’m assuming it won’t be here by then. Can I please get some information on when my item will be sent out. Also Is there a way if the item does come in before Christmas to pay for overnight shipping to get it here in time. Please let me know!
I ordered the smoker as well, and my order was canceled today because they were out of stock. But they had already shipped to me my wood chips that are now worthless to me. $20 down the trash. I guess I better not buy accessory items anymore. What’s even worse is it’s going to make me really annoyed when the item is back in stock at 50% higher cost plus shipping and no flex pay. It would be nice to at least get a raincheck.
Okay, so you have no idea of when the stock for that item should be arriving? I ordered it as a gift since it said that it would be delivered by the 19th.
Hi , I reviewed the order and see the item was on extended delivery when your order was placed. Sadly it appears we are still waiting on the stock to arrive. I’m sorry I wish I had more information to provide.
