Where’s Iman’s Blog?
I have always been an Iman fan from back-in-the-day! Was so excited when she joined HSN.
Bought a gorgeous leather coat that I love for $300, her large weekend tote & clothes! I LOVE all of them!
Unfortunately, about 2 years ago I bought a really pretty Iman handbag in winter white. It came, I used it a couple of times and the strap broke. I called HSN and HSN ordered me a new purse and I returned the other. The new purse came, same exact purse.
Few months later the strap broke in the same place. Loving the purse so much, I called HSN and they said they could not help me. HSN in-turn passed me onto Iman’s customer service. They were awful and told me to deal w/ HSN….called HSN and blah…blah…blah…call Iman. Really truned me off from odering any of Iman’s products. I am a light user w/ my handbags becasue I have several. It’s not like I was using this purse everyday for the last two years.
Can anyone help me? I still have all my paperwork. I rarely shop w/ QVC. I’m all about HSN!

Hi Andy1977, I’m very sorry this happened with your purse order and that your experience with our partner was not helpful. Unfortunately, orders that have aged past our 30 day in-home return period are no longer eligible for refunds or replacements. I have reported your concern with Iman’s customer service to our merchandising department.
