Where is my refund for my return?
My return was received back to the HSN Return Warehouse at 10:00 am on August 12. I am just wondering when I can expect my return to be acknowledged? I just want to make sure that my return is processed before my next Flex-Pay is due! Obviously don’t want to continue getting charged for something that I returned already.

I apologize for the delay, @rachel87! I see that the Dolly parfum was refunded on 8/17. It can take up to 72 hours from this date to see the refund back in your account. If this was for a different item, please let me know here what it was, or by sending us additional details at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com.

hi there, I used a return label from hsn to return about 14 items. The package was picked up by USPS on February 6-I used the tracking number for the innovations return and it shows it did not get the package until the 10–now it has been sitting there in grove city or something since then. Today it the 16th. How long does this normally take. I had marked alot of my return labels for exchange and some for return where product is out of stock. I am thinking by the time this gets to hsn the items I wanted to exchange will be out of stock.

Hi @tcw67! I am sorry for this delayed response. I see that your return is on its way back to the warehouse. I also see that you’ve done digital exchanges and those replacements and usually those get processed to be sent out before we receive the original item.

If you return something you really need to keep a eye on it and make sure HSN refunds!I returned something end of dec they got it in jan but didnt refund my money…I had forgot all about it till i was looking up another order and saw just last week!First rep told me its to late you cant get refund she was rude and i said i will call another rep,click!…That other rep refunded my money right away.

Return arrived on the 17th and it’s been over 8 days. any status updates on **********?
