Where is My Order?
I have spent a lot of money with HSN this year, so I would expect to be treated better as a customer, just like a lot of you would expect.
I placed an order for several beddng items on October 7th. The order quickly went into packaging, and my card was charged, but I have not seen an update on the items since.
I have contacted customer service on several occasions, and have received a different answer as to where my order is and when it will be shipped, and no matter what the answer is, the arrival time always gets later and later.
1) The first time I used chat, and was told the order would be shipped out within 24 hours. This did not happen.
2) The second time I called, and was told due to the hurricane, the orders were delayed. I was told I would receive by order by October 22.
3) The third time I called again and was told the warehouse in Tennessee was having issues and would receive my order by October 24.
4) I received an email on October 14th telling me it would be ten more days until I received my order.
5) I utilized email to contact customer service. They told me they could make no guarantee on delivery date.
6) I called once more and was told my order would be sent overnight at HSN’s cost and would be delivered on or before October 21.
I don’t mean to be a bug a boo, but come on HSN. At least have one answer and stick with it. Six different answers to the same question is not only ridiculous, but it should be embarrassing to you, too.
So, which answer would you like to stick with today? I am moving on October 23 and need my order before then. I don’t want to deal with finding the package and having it forwarded. If I could get a straight answer on when delivery will take place, that would be great. Otherwise, I will provide you with my new address and expect expedited shipping at your expense. The non-transparency is horrible, especially since you are holding my money AND my order captive.
Welcome to the “new world” of shopping at HSN! They have declined rapidly in the last 6 mos or so. We are all having the same issues with packaging and shipping delays, products being oversold, blame being passed around, no answers given, answers that can change more than a half a dozen times, etc. etc. It is a true WONDER that a vendor as large as HSN can’t fix a warehouse “issue” more quickly and that they can’t just be honest and communicate with customers in the name of transparency. Can you imagine Amazon or QVC doing this type of thing?? I have had delays with handbags, clothing, skincare–it almost doesn’t matter what you order. I know a lot of folks had trouble with items they ordered on the last craft day. I agree with others that after the last order I placed, I can’t do my holiday shopping with HSN because there is no security that items will even arrive in time for the holiday even if that holiday is more than a month away. Shame shame on HSN management for making CS deal with our frustration and not giving them anything better to say then “we’re working on it” or “we’ll refund your shipping.” Not fair to us or CS!
what I dont understand is why it is taking so long to fix, It doesnt make any sense. Certain things are shipping out fine. I have odered clothes,jewelry, and cosmetics and they have shipped fine but my nellies detergent has not. It would be interesting to see what items are not shipping, everyone should post the item they are waiting for. I also wonder what would happen if I just simply odered that item again would it ship??? I cant see this ever happening with another store and not being fixed within a few days. I asked customer service and they told me there is no guarantee we are ever going to recieve these items! And if it is certain products why not take those items off the website?? I would hope customer service could give us more details on what is happening instead of ” we are working on it.” HSN you owe us ALL a great coupon for this! Especially since you cant even give us an explanation!
Don’t order from HSN if you need it for a gift. I have been waiting since Oct. 15th it is now Nov. 4th and still no order. Shame on you HSN
@RidgewayJ28 I’m sorry for the disappointment this shipping delay has caused for you. We did have a warehouse issue that was delaying orders, but hope to be able to ship soon. Once your orders ship out, you will receive an email with the tracking information included.

Thanks for more feed back myfun. I thought it would be a little heavier. But, if I want to wear it on a colder day can layer with a black tank underneath, cardigan, fleece tights or fleece leggings. Pull on my boots I’m good to go. i love scarves with a outfit too.:womanhappy:

weight fabric! As I am in Florida, it is perfect, but
like the suggestions Macie! I would say it would
be great to wear opaque tights and boots with,
that would look fantastic! A jacket, vest, scarf
would probably be wanted, as well! Maybe a
heavy tee material, more than as described as

black handkerchief hem knit top and long vest!

Hi Stellabellaroma, I wear fleece lined tights or leggings throughout the winter. I bought the black and plan to wear it with a black leather faux fur vest. I ave a pair of amazing black boots by Naya that I purchased from HSN many years ago,
I also layer by wearing tees underneath. However, unless it is a very special occasion I do not wear skirts, dresses in the bad months. But, I will let you know how heavy it is when it arrives.
Just read the fabric content of 57% rayon, 41% polyester, 2% spandex, so it must be light but I could wear it in the Spring and Fall!! :heart:
Macie I just love this set, I wonder if you can wear it in winter time with a heavy opaque hose?? I should ask Terri because she bought the top!!

Hi myfun, thanks for the feedback, I bought both pieces today. Love the look and have the perfect boots I can wear with this. When the skirt first came out the top was not put on the site, was added later. This has been in my favorites and when I got the alert of the price reduction I jumped on it.
