Where is my order!! Teeter P2 Portable Decompression Back Stretcher
I ordered this product on Feb 10th, got an email it was shipped last Sunday the 12th. There is still no tracking information on my acct. where is my order please??
Wow, think of the possibilities. Say, you want to leave a gift to your loved ones after you’re gone. That would be perfect! And…hopefully, they wouldn’t sell it at a yard sale before they got to see what was inside. :womanlol:
Hello , I’m surprised there isn’t tracking information listed on the order…. Are you seeing a tracking number listed when you view the order detail (and are just not seeing the tracking details)?
It says Status: Initiated then gives the tracking number. But when I go to track it there is nothing about tracking information. It’s been a week. If it was shipped it should have been here even without tracking info.
Our website is set up to automatically display tracking through UPS. This means when an order is shipped directly from one of our partners using a different courier it isn’t recognized and displayed on your order history. The tracking number provided there is still valid though 🙂 You can track the package directly using the FedEx website. I hope this is helpful for you.
Thank you. At least i have something. What is taking so long? It says 3-7 days. It’s stays it will arrive on th 25th. That’s two weeks! Usually fedex is quicker than ups!
