where is my credit
I have sent a message to community and also sent two e-mails over the last few days regarding the status of a return 02/22/18. Have a tracking from post office it was delivered to HSN 02/26/18. Have not had the courtesy of a reply from HSN.
Thank you @sikylar, do you also by chance have the tracking info that you used to return the item? That would assist me in looking into your return.
I have also checked into why you haven’t received any replies from us regarding the emails you’ve sent. It looks like our reps have replied, however, something (like a SPAM blocker) may be preventing our emails from reaching you.
