Where is my 65 inch LG TV that was the Special Value on 10/09/2017

I’m also waiting on the LG 65 inch tv that was the special value for 10/9/2017. I received an automated scheduling call on 10/14/2017, (CEVA) which I had never heard of informing me that l0/17/2017 between 9am and 1pm was available for delivery and I accepted that date and time. I called the delivery service’s customer service( googled CEVA to get the info) on 10/17/2017 prior to the scheduled delivery time to find out if the delivery would be closer to 9am or later and the rep could not tell me. She stated that the driver would call 30 to 45 minutes prior to arrival. I received a call from CEVA Logistics located in Odenton, Md. at 11:00am on 10/17/2017 stating that there would be no delivery and that the shipment was stuck in Georgia and that they didn’t know when the shipment would arrive, it could take a few more days. I told her that their customer service didn’t mentioned that there was a problem and she replied that it should have been noted in the file. They were very unprofessional and could care less that they had inconvenienced me.
Now this company is suppose to specialize in “large item and large value home deliveries”. I goggled reviews for this company and they have a lot of really bad reviews and BBB has comments on them also.. I called HSN to let them know on 10/17/2017 that the shipment had not arrived. In the future I will find out who is delivering the items and if it is this company I will not buy it. Still waiting to hear from them. I will see what happens this week.
P.S. For those of you who received your TV, you were lucky.

I’m very sorry to see your order is arriving late, @mekoashton. When I looked into this it seems they rescheduled your delivery date for tomorrow between 10am and 2pm ET. Please let us know if they do not keep their appointment.
Ryan, thanks for responding to my post. I had also called CEVA again and was informed that the TV would be delivered on 10/24/2017. The TV was delivered yesterday. I see that the 65 inch is listed again (it had Sold Out with no comments) and that other customers are having the same problems that I had. I think that HSN should really rethink or pay closer attention to this company especially since the customers are buying high value items. First impressions are lasting impressions and I was not impressed with CEVA.
