Where is my $3.00 Spendable Kash adjustment I was promised would immediately show in HSN.com account
Hi HSN customer service,
A few minutes ago on 12/16/2016 before midnight, I called HSN and regarding item # 110 4288 I asked to receive the spendable cash credit of $3.00 placed back into my HSN.com spendable cash account , because the item I bought with item # 110 4288 (Blue Student Mini Lap Desk) I paid the $3.00 S&H charge, but saw the next day on 12/16/2016 that same item had free shipping.
The HSN C.S. Rep said I would see the $3.00 in my on line HSN account immediately, and that spendable Cash amount HSN reminbursed me for would expire before February 16th, 2016, so I should use it before that February 2017 expiration date.
Problem is it still is not in my spendable cash account, so when will it be placed in there so we can use it?

Forgot to ask if that item # 110 4288 I outlined above in my first post also comes delivered with the HSN easy return label where USPS and UPS prepaid labels are enclosed right on my HSN product detail information?
I need to know especially since this item is a holiday gift ,and if it arrives defective when delivered will those prepaid easy return labels also be included on my HSN invoice?

The packaging stage has been taking forever lately. ?
I too ordered the diamond press ink pads and then received an email stating I had returned. Never shipped out per representative. Email confusing should have stated supply exhausted and then given an alternative and some kind of credit for the inconvenience. I am a long time HSN customer and never had this happen until recently.
