WHERE IS HSN QUALITY CONTROL?????? (GOT A GREASY USED FRYER WITH MISSING PART)
Dear HSN Customer Service:
HSN where is your quality control,because there was none on my disgusting used item I just received this morning, so HSN really dropped the ball on this one.
“Used items should be delivered back to HSN outlets for sale as used items, and should also be inspected by HSN washed if need be so then they are repacked clean and in brand new non greasy plastic parts bags and packed well in a brand new box, and not like the hideous box I got which was broken on one side”.
“Used returned HSN items should never be repacked and delivered full of grease and food particles to other HSN customers who paid full price like I did, and believed they would receive a brand new unused item”.
Earlier this morning I received HSN Item #521071 which is a used full of food remnants with grease Curtis Stone Dura Pan stove top deep fryer set in black color with 1 part missing which was the fryer splatter shield cover. (The greasy frying pot, glass lid and fryer basket was enclosed). The bags which held the items were also loaded with grease inside and outside.
“Used items returned to HSN should be checked washed thoroughly and then repackaged in new unused greasy plastic part bags and placed in a brand new delivery box and routed to HSN outlets where used items are sold, and people know the items there are all previously used and returned by HSN Members”.
I hope none of my many other Curtis Stone items I am waiting to arrive do not also follow suit and arrive in a used or defective condition, and I doubt Curtis Stone would be thrilled to read what HSN did to me.
