What’s the point of this forum?
I have never received a reply to my query about non working item in this forum. I called HSN directly, was rerouted and rudely told by customer service they do not honor a 3rd party warranty. I BOUGHT THE THING AT YOUR RETAIL STORE! They suggested I call the store directly, which I did, and was told to return it to the store. It’s 1100 miles away. I am now venting to the world because obviously customer service is a misnomer. Apparently I am not a customer and there isnt one lick of service. So lesson learned. And thanks world for letting me get that off my chest and move on.
Hi @pipsadog, I apologize for the experience you’ve had with us and see that we did post a response to your concern regarding the Ming Tsai Spiralizer. Unfortunately items purchased at the HSN Outlet are as is and the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer valid. Returns can be made to the HSN Outlet within 30 days of purchase date.
