WHAT’S GOING ON?
I still have not received an order placed the beginning of the month. See time table below. The worst was when my package got rerouted to the WRONG POST OFFICE. Of course, this had nothing to do with HSN. Those at HSN havve been kind and helpful. Yet, the frustratiuon over this whole fiasco has been enormous…especially since I had to order (and pay for) a duplicate since this never arrived. I wanted to make sure I received this jacket in my size and color desired.

- YOUR UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE WRONG POST OFFICE. IT IS BEING CORRECTED.

- THE POST OFFICE FORWARDED THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE TO THE RECEIVER’S ADDRESS ON FILE.
