What No Scrolling????
The webpage sometimes will allow scrolling on the Community page. Most of the time, I sit and wait and wait and wait and still cannot scroll. What is the problem???
Clearing cache and cookies isn’t the fix. This has been an issue with the new improved community for at least two months, on PC and tablet. When I open the community page in IE, the cursor is in the search box and active. That prevents me from using my mouse scroll wheel. I have to first click just outside the search box to remove the cursor from it. Firefox is OK.
When I open the community on my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Puffin browser, the cursor is activated in the search box, and it automatically brings up the on-screen keyboard. Very annoying. This doesn’t happen with Dolphin browser, but Dolphin is alway so slow.
The HSN phone app doesn’t work at all on my HTC phone that I bought from HSN. All the screens are white. This began happening I think two updates ago.
Yes it’s been happening since the so called enhancements on all my devices too. What a pain. It’s laughable that clearing cache and cookies is even suggested!
I’m sorry to see this, @mombear678. I will report this to our IT Team. In the meantime, have you cleared your cache and cookies and reset your browser? Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
