What is going on with SUREPOST!!!!!!
I notified HSN and EVINE that 2 packages were delivered July 31st, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. I just received an email wanting to know how I enjoyed my Dr Jeanette face cream…….GUESS WHAT, it stated it was delivered by sure post on July 31st!!!! There are 3 different items AND from 2 different companies shipping this stuff. Contacted Evine and now will have to inform HSN again a 2nd package from them hasn’t arrived. Is anyone else having these issues??? I’ve been ordering forever and have never had an issue. I suggest SUREPOST GO AWAY! Let me know what you think!!
Sorry if I wasn’t clear, I never received packages from HSN or Evine, it wasn’t a return. Come to fine out I got an email from HSN on how I liked my Dr Jeanette Graf skin product. WELL, that was suppose to be delivered the same day (July 31st). So that makes three now. Customer service has been very supportive hsn and Evine) but I hate how sure post works and it feels like I’m trying to scam someone. I hope UPS pays for it, not our friends at HSN or even Evine! None of these items were very expensive but it’s the point!!! Thanks for letting me rant!! ??????????????
How long do I wait for them to find my package? Is it fully insured with the Easy Return Label?
Yes, I am having an issue with them. I took a package with the Easy Return Label to the P.O. last Wednesday on August 5, and it hasn’t updated since I dropped it off. It is showing that it’s still at the P.O. I just talked to the lady at the P.O. and she said the package has gone out, but no one knows where it is. I took a package last Friday on August 7 to the P.O., and paid for it, it is being delivered today. This is very frustrating. I wonder if they’ve lost my package.
tehay, I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received some of your orders from us. After reading your post, it seems you may have it under control and just wanted to get other peoples opinion on the matter. If this is true, you might want to post this in the Talk Among Yourselves board as most customers do not offer opinions on the Customer Service board. Please let me know if you need assistance with this.
