What if I never received my order?

HSN Customer Service:

I ordered on August 21st: Jade of Yesteryear Multi-Jade Sterling Silver Bypass Ring 620-775. My order number is: 1606855888. I never received it.

There is a Delivered status on my shipment, but no ring.

How may I resolve this issue? Is there a way to be reimbursed for a potentially stolen item? How does this work?

    Sorry to see this, @undawnted. I would check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn’t accidentally delivered to them. Also check with anyone who may have access to your mail to make sure they didn’t place it somewhere for safe keeping. If you’re still unable to locate it, please let us know and we’ll take care of this for you.

    I did ask around and no one has it. I’m really sad. I was so looking forward to wearing it.

    It’s been almost a month and I haven’t seen hide nor hair of it. Anything that can be done would be so appreciated.
