What happened to exchange option on orders?
It use to be that I could click exchange on any recent item in my orders to exchange it but that option is no longer there. Do we now just do it via our returned paperwork in our package ?
@loriw57, I’m sorry I’m just getting to this. The option should still be available for most items. It’s possible that your package didn’t show as being delivered in our system preventing that option from being available at that time. If you need help with an exchange, please let em know the item number and I’ll be happy to assist.
