What happened to cs? Or lack thereof now.
Like most, I just ignore problems with cs. NOT this time. Pushed my patience, & having spent hours on the phone, I’m old & my life is ticking away…lol So, 5/7/17 25% off some clothing. Ok, ordered 4 items. Sheesh figured it was me in my ignorance order wouldn’t go thru. Raised prices prior to ck out. Phoned to place order, guess I spoke Polish, as gal kept saying coupon, finally transferred me to cs. Ok, again gal & coupon, next supr. Well, he explained charged full price then next day acct credited for 25%-finally wrapped my brain around that. Oops 12:16 offer expired!! He said he would put it thru for me, & if didn’t receive credit he was there till Wed. Ok, sadly tossed paper with his name. Phoned bank Mon. no credit??? Hsn cs,Wed. spoke with BRIAN-remember that name. He is a huge . HE said I had been credited.Swell, bank said no.By the way when I complained about hours on phone to deal with this he said “Well at least u are saving $” in a very sarcastic way. I said that was rude. Sometimes it isn’t a savings if I spend hours to get the less than $40. Guess what? Bank said no credit. OK phoned cs again. Understand each call is looonnnnnggg between holding/explaining each time. Ok spoke with James. Hmm showed NO notes that first guy said would put thru @ 25% off even tho 15 min late & he understood on phone sooo long. Ha ha on me! Even woman at bank said strange to pay full price then credit?? Asked James who his supr was. Gave me number & said they are there late. NO THEY ARE NOT. Left message 3 hrs ago!!!!!!!! Fed up, but guess what? Cant cancel, as items have shipped. HSN is going down the tubes. Customer service is horrible now. Don’t they realize that they have nothing special?? Several times have googled items & found for less. I am about done. Don’t even want to look at or keep the clothes. They are dg which I haven’t bought in years (have 40 pair when they were quality) decided with 25 off will try. UH UH. Wont even open pkgs All are going back. Pushed over the edge. Thanks for letting me vent
That is inexcusable and thank goodness you finally got thru and had this inexcusable dilemma HSN created resolved,.
It never should have taken so many telecommunications calls with HSN, and repeating everything time and again to no avail…….that evidently is not professional on their part!
Thank goodness Pam was able to sort out the mess HSN’s C.S. Reps created, and you received what you were legally entitled to receive because false advertising is violation of Consumer Rights under the law, and no Company wants the Federal Trade Commission breathing down their necks for orders placed via the Internet relative to intentional Corporate fraud, false advertising, or Consumer Rights Violations.
Well, finally. Pam did call me, and listen and correct the mess I have been dealing with for days. If anyone has a huge problem, this is who to call above customer service
