Website Glitches? Or what?
I have emailed CS 2 days now because I can’t order something and my exchange button is not working either. The same message was sent to me each time saying how sorry.. How HSN strives to be customer oriented etc.. etc.. I have been told also that some items may not be exchanged and asked why only to receive no answer. Same form answer. Can’t blame CS. Was told to call CS. I really don’t want to do that. Just saying that this is really upsetting to me since I spend a lot of money here and my needs are not being met.
Yes, I canceled those items because I am still not able to use my exchange button and order an item I want. Therefore, I will not buy until the computer glitches are corrected. I really don’t now why CS keeps telling me to call CS. I had to call CS last night also because the website would n t allow me to cancel those items online. Since I have called, written, and done all that has been suggested, perhaps it’s time for HSN to fix the problem.
ebony46 I just checked and the Exchange button is showing on my items once they’ve been delivered, so it is something peculiar to either your account or the particular item. I would really encourage you either to phone or chat online with CS. There is an option on the orders page to have them call you instead if that would make it easier for you.
@ebony46, I am sorry that you have been unable to set up an exchange or place a new order. It looks like an order was placed yesterday and another was attempted, but canceled today. After reviewing your account, I was unable to see why the order was canceled. We would need to speak with you directly to look into this further. I do see your e-mails and that these were responded to. I apologize that we were unable to offer further assistance without more details.
