You need to do something with your web site. It does not scan all the products (sometimes 50%) during the daytime and also at night. It is very frustratin trying to buy for Christmas and not being able to see all the products. Also I have asked that you notify me when Jay King and other products are going to be aired but it hasn’t helped. This was very helpful to working personnel. The web site is also very slow since you have changed it. Please do something to correct these problems. Judith
