Was this item shipped or cancelled
Was this order cancelled or shipped? I don’t see the order in my order status on my account, but got an email stating that the item was shipped. Also, I am not able to track it if it has been shipped.
This is an error I keep getting on my account:

@clevaonewins1, this order was shipped. It looks like this was ordered as a guest which means there is no tracking info connected to the order. If you’re using a computer you can hover over the sign in on HSN.com and a single order lookup option will appear. You can also give us a call at 1-800-933-2887 between the hours of 8am-1am ET.
