My step daughter/niece (Kathy Ecker) bought me a Kindle Fire tablet for Xmas (Xmas 2015). She also bought the extended warranty for same.
My Kindle fire has extremely weak sound volume. It is turned up all the way. I downloaded the App that is supposed to inclease the volume, however, it does not help at all.
Please send my niece Kathy Ecker (firstname.lastname@example.org) a copy of her extended warranty by E-mail.

Anyway I get all kind of coupons fron JCP that others do not get because they do not use their card .
So if HSN wants to reward their card users that is fine .
If it is just for a selective group it should be stated which group- such as HSN card users , those subscribed to emails , new customers .
