WARNING TO HSN SHOPPERS!!!!
1) I call HSN to let them know the tracking of my order says “delivered” but I NEVER received it!!! Turns out HSN delivered it to an old address DISPITE the fact that we updated our account when we moved YEARS AGO! Yes, our billing, shipping address is right here where I live. Yes, all updated!!!!
So why did HSN send my latest package to the old house??? I don’t know but– when I called today that’s what HSN customer service girl TIA told me… they shipped to an old address. Ok. BUT THIS IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME NEXT—-
Tia told me to DRIVE to the old house– YES A HOUSE I SOLD YEARS AGO– and ASK them (whomever they are) to give me my HSN order!!!! If I DO NOT drive to this STRANGERS house and HOPE they have my package I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND HSN WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!
WHY???? Because it was my OLD HOUSE FROM YEARS AND YEARS AGO!!!!
Needless to tell little TIA that she must be insane I immediately asked for her supervisor. So a Matt gets on the phone, apologizes and CLAIMS he can’t tell me her supervisor’s name but can help me. When I ask for HIS supervisors name he says it is “Michael ***” but to he can’t connect me and many times Mike will not answer so leave a message. Really Matt? NO SURPRISE The number is disconnected!!!!
WELL at least let me Thank Matt for telling me HSN will refund my card for an order HSN BILLED ME FOR –ALTHOUGH I NEVER got the order! Yes, they sure had my BILLING address correct… notice that? I DID Thank Matt for claiming to have fixed my shipping/Billing info that somehow HSN screw d up!
AS FOR THE SUPERVISOR??? Matt said TIA would be “coached” but it was all internal so I couldn’t speak to her supervisor (or obviously his either since the bogus number he gave me)
HSN !!!!!! YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT IM NOT STICKING AROUND TO SEE IF YOU DO OR DO NOT FIX THEM!!! Thank you QVC for NEVER giving me this problem. Note when we updated our HSN account YEARS ago, we did the same for QVC and they NEVER had any delivery, address, billing, shipping IDIOTIC SCREW THE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS!!!! SHOPPERS OF HSN beware.

HSN pull a good one on me also they said they were sold out of a item I purchased and paid for and they said it was on its way they even took the money out of my checking . I did get the money back after 3 or 4 days . Then soon after they put the item back up on air for $100 more I found item at Walmart for a better price and I hate going to Walmart but I will
I COULDN’T AGREE MORE AND WITH THE CONTINUOUS PROBLEMS I MAY NOT BE FAR BEHIND HER!! HSN WAS SOOOO CONCERNED WHEN THE HP LAPTOP I RECEIVED FIRST TO SECOND DEGREE BURNS FROM THAT IS UNTIL THEY GOT IT BACK THAT’S WHEN MY MESSAGES WERE NO LONGER ANSWERED!!!
