I don’t remember when I saw a FitBit on HSN., at that time I wanted it. ( I’m thinking in Aug.) To no knowledge it was automatically sent to me without my permission! My debit card was used. 150.00 is a lot out of my budget! Further more when it was advertised I was going to get it on a Flex Pay! That wasn’t honored either! I am very angry about this. It was deliver yesterday and I sent it back today! To top it off I had to pay another $5.77 Not even a return label!!!!!! I guess I’m just used to the OTHER shopping network. No more orders from me! PS I called your customer service and they weren’t any help.
