I just received my clearance haul and am missing the Heidi Daus Ease and Elegance necklace in Tanzania 503-602. It was not on waitlist when I ordered and never received an email stating the change in status. Should I expect it?
The item will show that it is on Waitlist before you place the order online. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If we are able to send the order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation at that time.
I’m aware of that. I received a SHIPPING confirmation email for this item along with other items I received. This is not my first rodeo, LOL. I wouldn’t be posting if it hadn’t been on waitlist when I placed my order.
