Waiting to be credited
I hope someone can help me. Last week I received a Perlier combo product that I didn’t order. I didn’t receive the Heidi Daus Jack o Lantern pin that I did order. I called Customer Service the day the package was delivered. I sent back the Perlier products by Postal service on Thursday. I’m waiting to be credited for the Heidi pin that I never got. Please advise me when I can expect this to be adjusted. Thank you.
Hi JerseyGirl2015! I’m sorry to hear this pin didn’t arrive as expected. I looked into an exchange for you but unfortunately we do not have any available to send a replacement. I went ahead and issued a refund for you to the original method of payment. You can expect to see those funds within the next 3 days.
