Vtec Lifetime Support
Still waiting on update regarding VTec lifetime support for HP Computer/Printer. This was supposed to be resolved early June/July. Still waiting……Perhaps HSN thinks we’ll all forget that we were promised lifetime support. At this point it’s beyond ridiculous to not communicate with your customers.
Hi @wingnut09, we do have a new tech support partner that I see spoke with you on 7/20 regarding the concern with your printer. If you still need support, please give us a call at 800-933-2887 between 2pm – 8pm ET (that is when tech support is available) to speak with a representative and let them know that you need to speak with tech support. They will then transfer you to our tech support partner.
I spoke with Alicia who indicated that she was with HSN tech support and that I would be notified the following week who the new provider is. Am I to understand that our tech support is now available only between 2pm and 8pm? We were promised support 24/7, 7 days a week. This number is to HSN Customer Service. I WANT TECH SUPPORT FOR MY COMPUTER. I already know the number to customer service. Why the secrecy about who is providing support? What if I need support at 10am? How would I have known this phone number if I had not posted here? I don’t understand the runaround from HSN.
